About Ian Whitbread
Ian Whitbread qualified as a Legal Executive in 2010, he is a Fellow of CILEX.
Ian is also a member of the specialist panel, the Law Society Family Law Advanced Scheme in the areas of Children Law – Private and Violence in the home.
Ian has been with the firm since 1996, and has pursued a non graduate professional career during his time at the firm. Ian has an enormous wealth of practical experience, working in both criminal & family law during his period of training.
Ian now practices exclusively in children and family law dealing with all aspects of the area, including divorce and financial remedy, Family Law Act proceedings and Children Act proceedings.
Ian is a safe pair of hands in all areas of Family law, he is both knowledgeable and experienced. He enjoys representing parents in both public law and private law children work, and has experience in complex care proceedings. Ian has expertise in divorce and financial order proceedings, as well as domestic abuse matters.
