About Claudia Broadhead

Claudia studied English and History of Art at the University of Leeds, graduating in 2018. She completed the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2021 at Manchester Metropolitan University, passing with a distinction.

Claudia joined Wilsons in October 2022 as a caseworker. She qualified as a Solicitor in December 2025, after completing her Solicitor Qualifying Exams and period of recognised training. She is accredited as a Senior Caseworker under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.

Before joining Wilsons, Claudia worked at Islington Law Centre as an immigration paralegal, and prior to this, as a refugee support caseworker at the British Red Cross in Leeds and Sheffield.

Claudia works on a range of immigration, asylum and human rights cases. She undertakes both legal aid and privately funded work.
