About Claire Mallon
Claire is a caseworker in the Public Law and Human Rights team, having joined in July 2025.
Claire graduated from the University of Oxford with a law degree in 2023. Claire began her legal career at Duncan Lewis Solicitors where she worked on high profile strategic litigation, public law challenges and immigration matters. Claire worked on the Cranston Inquiry where her team represented the survivor and the families of the victims of the largest mass casualty event in the English Channel involving a small boat.
Claire is Level 2 accredited under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum scheme. Claire passionate about advancing social justice for migrants and displaced communities. Alongside her studies at Oxford University, she volunteered at a pro bono immigration law clinic. Claire has volunteered and fundraised for Care4Calais.
Claire is looking forward to doing high-quality client-focused work in the broad range of areas of public law and human rights work undertaken by the team.
