About Bethan Evans
Bethan studied Anthropology & Sociology, graduating in 2018. She completed the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2019.
Prior to joining Wilson Solicitors, Bethan worked at Migrants Organise as an OISC accredited immigration adviser, as well as advising in other areas such as housing, community care and asylum support. She specialised in working with vulnerable asylum seekers and migrants with complex mental health conditions. She also worked at Freedom from Torture as an immigration adviser, working with survivors of torture. She has also volunteered at Hope for the Young, a charity matching young asylum seekers with mentors.
She joined Wilson Solicitors in November 2025 as a caseworker in the Immigration Department.
