Ayşen Soyer joined Wilsons in 2000, becoming a partner in 2005. She is now Head of the Family Department.

She specialises in family and childcare law, handling all aspects of family work, including divorce or civil partnership dissolution and financial settlements (for both high net worth and middle-income families). Ayşen is experienced in drafting pre- and post-nuptial agreements and has been accredited by the Law Society’s Advanced Family Law Panel since 2010, specialising in Private Law Children and Financial Remedy. As a member of Resolution , she is committed to a conciliatory approach to resolving family disputes.
