We can advise you on the criteria that is used to decide if someone should be detained and whether the guidelines have been followed properly.
We can assist you with making representations that you should be released and we can prepare a bail application for you. We will advise you on what you will need, including a surety and a bail address, and assist where we can if these are nit available.
