Wilson Solicitors Immigration and Public Law & Human Rights Departments will accept service by email until further notice subject to the following conditions:

• The service email address must be confirmed with the conducting solicitor.
• The Wilson Solicitors LLP case reference is stated in the subject line of the email (in case of doubt, this should be requested and confirmed by the conducting solicitor).
• The total size of the email message, including attachments, must not exceed 49 MB.
• For attachments that are larger than 49 MB, an alternative method of electronic service should be used or attachments should be sent via multiple emails by agreement with the solicitor with conduct.
• If a notification that the email has not been delivered is received, service by another valid method must be used.
• If an out of office message is received in response, any instructions as to alternative email address(es) to use for service are complied with.

For the avoidance of doubt, if the above conditions are not complied with, any email sent will not be accepted as valid service. The above does not apply to service on our Family Department.
